WAKSC Calendar of Events! Compete with lifters around the world…

Kettlebell Athletica is the partner club with Ketacademy since 2012 & World World Association of Kettlebell Sport Clubs (WAKSC) since in 2014 and hosted the 1st Australian Leg of the World Grand Prix Series in 2014.
The World Grand Prix Series Cup is a tournament series where athletes and clubs from all over the world compete against each other via competitions held at various locations worldwide throughout the year. Athletes take part in different stages throughout the World Grand Prix tournament and their best score will be added to the final score.
Clubs ranking point system
- Their athletes taking part in any of Grand Prix competitions. 1 point
- Their athletes taking part in any of Grand Prix competitions in their country. 2 points
- Their athletes taking part in any of Grand Prix competitions held in the other country. 3 points
- Places that their athletes get in the end of the year. The first place is equal to the number of participants. The last place is 1.
For example, if there are 25 competitors, first place = 25 points. second = 24. third = 23… last = 1 point.
If there are 5 competitors, then there are 5 points for first place, 4 points for second, 3 for third, 2 for the fourth place and 1 point is for the last, fifth place.
